That Report CAO 12-23 be received for information; That Council endorse the draft Community Strategic Plan and direct Staff to proceed with Phase 2 of the engagement process, as outlined in Report CAO 12-23; and, That Staff be directed to prepare a final Community Strategic Plan 2023-2026 to be presented to Council in June 2023.
