1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an employment contract between the Corporation of the Town of Whitby and Robert Petrie for the position of Chief Administrative Officer effective March 25, 2008. 2. That By-law No. 6027-08 be brought forward for the consideration of Council.
