Special Council Meeting

1. That Council approve Site Plan Application SP-19-13 subject to the conditions of approval as outlined in Section 8.0 of Planning Report PL 111-13; Special Council Minutes November 26, 2013 -6:30 PM 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Site Plan Agreement; and, 3. That the Subdivision Agreement be amended to remove the restrictive clauses for items now covered under Site Plan Control.

That Council move in-camera in accordance with the provisions of the Procedural By-law 6794-13 and the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (b) in that the matters to be discussed relate to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and (d) labour relations or employee negotiations.

That Council rise from the In-Camera session of the Special Meeting of Council.

That leave be granted to introduce a by-law and to dispense with the reading of the by-law by the Clerk to confirm the proceedings of Council of the Town of Whitby at its special meeting held on November 26, 2013 and that the Mayor and the Clerk sign the same and the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.

That the meeting be adjourned.
