That Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole with Councillor Pitchforth, Chair of Treasury Services, in the Chair for the purpose of considering the draft 2008 operating and capital budgets.

That the following part of this meeting be closed to the public to consider labour relations involving: 1) the contract to provide Animal Control and Pound Services to the Town of Markham which is to end on June 30, 2008; and, 2) the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 2036.
