That leave be granted to introduce a by-law and to dispense with the reading of the by-law by the Clerk to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Town of Whitby at its special meeting held on April 29, 2013 and that the same be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and the Clerk sign the same and the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.

That the following be added as Items 2 and 3 and that the main motion be renumbered accordingly: 1. That in relation to Item 2.3.3.1 f) of the Proposed Draft Amendment to the Whitby Official Plan, alternate wording be sought to the word "appropriately" and replaced as necessary; 2. That in relation to Item 2.3.4.2 b) of the Proposed Draft Amendment to the Whitby Official Plan alternate wording be sought to the word "compact" and replaced as necessary; and 3. That the correspondence from Madison Properties be
