That the Whitby Sustainability Advisory Committee requests that a maximum of $3,000 be drawn from the Whitby Sustainability Advisory Committee’s annual budget to support Sustainability Staff in retaining a consultant to assist in verifying the capital costs for builders and other relevant data associated with the installation of heat pumps as opposed to natural gas furnaces.
