COUNCIL DECISION 1. That Council endorse the Mayor’s Annual Golf Tournament and the Mayor’s Annual Gala as Town of Whitby events thereby exempting the events from incurring Town of Whitby facility rental fees where applicable; and, 2. That the committee responsible for the planning and organization of the Mayor’s Annual Gala be designated a Committee of Council, with the committee members to be appointed annually by the Mayor.
