That the Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee recommends that Council direct engineering staff to provide the Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee a final decision, before year end 2021 for 2022 budget consideration, with a crossing strategy utilizing Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 18 guidelines on Dryden Boulevard at the Hydro-Electric Power Commission (HEPC) Trail crossing or an acceptable alternative design, to be followed with design and construction of a permanent cross ride facility in 2022 in Page 2 of 7 Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee Minutes September 09, 2021 - 4:00 PM order to address concerns with pedestrian and cyclist safety at this location.
