That the Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee request that Council direct staff to investigate and report back on the feasibility of implementing a 'complete streets' policy across the Town having regard for the Provincial 'Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe' directive to ensure the needs and safety of all road users are considered and appropriately accommodated.
