That the Heritage Whitby Advisory Committee supports the Application for Rear Addition of 918 Byron Street South and requests that the applicant continue to work with staff to incorporate the following design elements: a porch roofline separate to that of the house roofline; a picket design front porch railing to better reflect the period; dormer window cladding to match that of the principal residence; and, double hung front facing windows with muntin bars.
