That the Heritage Whitby Advisory Committee minutes of September 9, 2025 be approved.

That the Heritage Whitby Advisory Committee: 1. Supports the demolition request for the Heritage Permit Application (HP-15-25) at 409 Centre Street South, and; 2. That the Committee recommends that with respect to the new construction, comments provided by the Committee to Staff with respect to building mass mitigation, height mitigation, materials, colours, streetscape appearance, roof design, and possible architectural elements be considered by the applicant.
