Regular Council Meeting

That Council deal with Agenda Item 2.2 first.

COUNCIL DECISION 1. That the joint Community and Marketing Services and Corporate Services Departments Report, Item 22-09 be received as information; and, 2. That Council confirm its favourable consideration of the independent financial review prepared by HLT Advisory Inc. of the Abilities Centre business plan and identified as Attachment No. 1 appended to this report.

COUNCIL DECISION 1. That Council approve the design for the proposed relocation of the six (6) existing tennis courts and the existing playground at Iroquois Park Sports Centre; 2. That Council direct Staff to proceed with the tendering process and report back to Council with a recommendation as to the preferred contractor, construction timing and cost once the formal tender process is complete; and, 3. That Staff report back to Council on the displaced ball diamond (#4) and a preferred relocation site.
