That the Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole with Councillor Pitchforth, Chair of Treasury Services, in the Chair for the purpose of considering the draft 2008 operating and capital budgets.

That the draft 2008 operating budget as amended and recommended by Committee of the Whole and the draft 2008 capital budget as amended and recommended by Committee of the Whole, be and are hereby adopted as the Town of Whitby operating and capital budgets for the year 2008.
