That Whitby Council concur with the submission from the Region of Durham regarding the Conservation Authorities Act Discussion Paper as per the recommendations contained in the Eighth Report of the Joint Committees, File L14-45 (#2015-J-49), as adopted by Regional Council Special Council Minutes November 09, 2015 - 6:45 PM on November 4, 2015.
