That Council of the Corporation for the Town of Whitby meet in closed session without the public in attendance to consider a matter involving labour relations and employee negotiations.

That Council ratify the collective agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Whitby and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 53, (Part Time Unit), based on a memorandum of settlement dated September 29, 2008.
