Special Council Meeting

That Council move in-camera in accordance with the provisions of Procedural By-law # 7072-15 and the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including Special Council Minutes February 08, 2016 - 6:00 PM municipal or local board employees.

That Council rise from the In Camera Session of the Special Meeting of Council.

That Council appoint the following individuals to the following Committees for the term noted or until a successor is appointed: Accessibility Advisory Committee Page 3 of 6 Special Council Minutes February 08, 2016 - 6:00 PM  Sharon Johnston for a term ending January 30, 2017; and  Allyson Partridge-Rios for a term ending November 30, 2017. That leave be granted to introduce a by-law and to dispense with the reading of the by-law by the Clerk to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Town of Whitby at its special meeting held on February 8, 2016, and that the Mayor and the Clerk sign the same and the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.
