1. That the Town of Whitby contribute a maximum of $73,100 towards construction of a paved-shoulder bikeway in the Town of Whitby on the east side of Durham Regional Road No. 23 (Lakeridge Road) from a point 0.4 kilometers north of Taunton Road to a point 0.3 kilometers south of Highway 7; and, 2. That staff report back to Council as to an appropriate revenue source to fund said bikeway.
