That Council rescind Resolution 264-09.

That staff be directed to set up a public meeting with residents in the area of the district park known as Baycliffe Park, advertise the meeting and also invite those persons who have petitioned or sent correspondence concerning Baycliffe Park and report back in accordance with Council Resolution 262-09.
