That Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole with Councillor Roy, Chair of Treasury Services, in the Chair for the purpose of receiving a presentation from the Chief Administrative Officer on the 2011 Recommended Budget Target.

That Council adopt the recommendation as presented from the Committee of the Whole: That staff be directed to bring forward a 2011 Budget with a net tax increase not to exceed 2.9%.
